I graduated from the University of Southern California with my Masters in Social Work in 2013. Since then, I have worked in a multitude of different settings with one goal in mind, helping others. I believe in a client centered and driven approach. As such, my therapeutic approach is flexible in order to adapt to the different needs of each client. I am ASL fluent, as well.
I have experience addressing anxiety, depression, school behavioral problems, grief, parenting, and gender identity issues. I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, families, deaf, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I employ a strength based approach, while also offering solution focus, communication skills, mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies.
