Mobile Outpatient Therapist
Mobile outpatient is designed as a higher level of care than outpatient for youth who have been unsuccessful in the traditional outpatient setting. This level of care is a more intensive service offering three to six hours of service per week. Therapists hold a master’s degree in the counseling field and are in the process of or are already trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). In addition, TF-CBT therapists take additional training that will enhance their ability to work with the youth and families. Training includes play therapy, behavior modification, and working with children on the autism spectrum, and other training specific to our community-based population.
