One-on-one, family, and group therapy in our offices for children, teens, and adults. Our licensed therapists use evidence-based methods to support anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions.
Below are the approaches our therapists draw on — grouped by what you may be working through. You don't need to know these terms; we'll match the right approach to you.
Working through trauma
- EMDR Therapy — A proven approach for working through traumatic memories.
- Trauma-Informed Therapy — Care that recognizes how past trauma shapes the present.
Relationships & family
- Family Therapy — Strengthening how a family communicates and supports each other.
- Couples Therapy — Rebuilding connection and trust between partners.
Support for children
- Play Therapy — Helping young children express themselves through play.
- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) — Coaching parents in the moment to strengthen the bond and ease difficult behavior.
One-on-one support
- Individual Therapy — A dedicated space that's just yours.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — Practical tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns.
- Person-Centered Therapy — Guided by your goals, at your pace.

Learn moreFor Referral Partners — Delaware PBH Referrals
Our Community Support Programs are delivered through Delaware's Division of Prevention & Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS) for children under 18 who need more than outpatient care. We recommend learning how the PBH system works before starting a referral; when you're ready, download the official intake referral packet. Completed packets go directly to DPBHS — not to Journeys — but our team is glad to help you navigate the process. Call our Delaware office at +1 (302) 384-7843.
