Getting started is simple: request an appointment through this site or call our office. Our admin team will follow up to verify insurance, answer questions, and match you with the right program and provider for your needs.
The first session is largely about information gathering and building a connection. Your therapist will ask about your history, what brings you to counseling now, and what you hope to achieve. It's a safe space to ask questions and establish a roadmap for your work together.
We work with several major insurance providers, including Medicaid programs in Delaware and Maryland. Some community support (PBH) programs require prior authorization — our admin team will help you and your referral source navigate that before services begin.
