Adam Browne, LPCMH, is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health who works with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and families. With six years of experience in the mental health field, he has supported clients in private practice, school, home, and community-based settings. His clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, and school-related concerns.
Adam earned his master’s degree from Wilmington University. His therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Adam helps clients identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical tools that support lasting emotional well-being. He is committed to meeting clients at a pace that feels appropriate and supportive while helping them move toward meaningful growth and change.
