Betty Redmond

Betty Redmond, MBA serves as the Director of Administration & Finance at Journeys, where she oversees the organization's administrative operations, financial management, billing, human resources, and strategic operational initiatives. Since joining the agency six years ago as a medical biller, Betty has advanced through progressively responsible leadership roles, including Practice Manager, before assuming her current position. Her firsthand experience across multiple areas of the organization gives her a comprehensive understanding of the systems that support both staff and client care.

Betty earned her Master of Business Administration from Thomas Jefferson University and holds a bachelor’s degree in health service business management. Before joining Journeys, she built her career in hospital administration and healthcare operations, following earlier experience in corporate pharmaceutical administration and operations.
