Christine Parker, LPCMH, is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with more than 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington College, now Wilmington University, in 2008.

Christine’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. She works to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood while building insight, coping skills, and confidence.

She draws from evidence-based practices including Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Counseling, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Her goal is to help clients feel more empowered, connected, and equipped to navigate life’s difficulties with greater self-compassion.
