Cristin Rojas, LPCMH, is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with 26 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, couples, and families. Her professional background includes work in community mental health agencies, residential treatment, and office-based settings, with a focus on helping clients navigate family conflict, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress management.
Cristin earned her Master of Science from Fitchburg State University. She also has experience supporting clients with Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and ADHD. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and systemic, with use of Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing.
Cristin creates a transparent, mindful, curious, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and respected. She helps clients identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and build practical tools that support meaningful change and emotional well-being.
