Iris Harris

LMSW

Iris Harris, LMSW, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Journeys, LLC, where she supports strategic growth, operational leadership, and the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and behavioral health care, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across juvenile detention facilities, schools, community mental health agencies, and private practice settings.

Iris earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and her master’s degree from Wilmington University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and has completed advanced training in Neuropsychotherapy, strengthening her understanding of the relationship between the brain, behavior, trauma, and healing.

Throughout her career, Iris has held executive leadership roles focused on program development, operational oversight, staff leadership, and continuous quality improvement. As a clinician, she uses a trauma-informed, individualized approach that draws from evidence-based and strategic therapeutic practices to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and pursue meaningful change.

Whether leading organizational initiatives or providing direct clinical care, Iris is committed to compassionate, ethical, and effective behavioral health services. She is dedicated to building strong teams, sustainable systems, and supportive environments where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.
