Therapeutic Support for Families Specialist
Ivania Perez
Ivania Perez is a Therapeutic Support for Families (TSF) Specialist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. She partners with youth ages 4–17 and their caregivers to strengthen family relationships, build trust, and develop practical skills that help families thrive at home, at school, and within their communities.
Drawing on compassion, cultural awareness, and an understanding of the unique experiences that can shape children and families, Ivania provides hands-on coaching, parent education, behavioral skill development, and therapeutic support. She helps youth strengthen emotional regulation, communication, coping, and social skills while encouraging them to recognize their strengths, identities, and potential.
Ivania approaches each family with warmth, respect, and an openness to understanding their individual values, culture, and lived experiences. Using strengths-based and trauma-informed practices, she works collaboratively with caregivers, treatment teams, schools, and community partners to ensure families feel heard, supported, and connected to resources that meet their needs.
