Maggie Hall, LGPC, is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who supports children, adolescents, young adults, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. She is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted while building confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.

Maggie earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Her experience includes outpatient and school-based counseling with children, adolescents, and families, including collaboration with caregivers, educators, and community providers to support individualized care.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, Autism and neurodivergence, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, family conflict, grief and loss, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, and school-related stress. She has a particular passion for working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, attachment disruptions, foster care involvement, or significant family stress.

Maggie’s approach is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and developmentally responsive. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed interventions, mindfulness, polyvagal-informed regulation, play therapy, somatic and attachment-based interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Maggie helps clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, resilience, healthy relationships, and confidence while honoring each person’s unique strengths and pace. She values caregiver collaboration and believes meaningful progress often occurs when home, school, and counseling work together toward shared goals.
