In her work with children and families, Michele draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy. She views therapy as a collaborative process and works to create an environment where children, adolescents, and caregivers feel heard, respected, and comfortable addressing difficult concerns.
Michele holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western University and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University. Her combination of clinical, community, and forensic experience gives her a broad perspective on the challenges that can affect children and families and informs her commitment to helping families build stronger relationships, navigate complex circumstances, and create positive change together.
