Tina Walls, LPCMH, is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults, couples, and families. Her clinical focus includes trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and she is committed to creating a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported.
Tina earned her Master of Science in Community Counseling from Wilmington University. She takes a holistic, person-centered approach that recognizes the connection between emotional well-being, relationships, values, strengths, and life experiences. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based modalities to tailor care to each client’s needs and goals.
Tina views therapy as a collaborative process that helps clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting emotional well-being. When aligned with a client’s beliefs and goals, she welcomes conversations about mindfulness, spirituality, and other holistic practices as part of the healing process.
